Here are the different types of class we offer

PILATES MATWORK CLASSES

This controlled and energizing workout using a variety of small equipment aims to improve the body’s structure through focused exercise with continuous emphasis on correct body movement and core stabilization helping to Improve posture and flexibility

PILATES STUDIO EQUIPMENT CLASSES

Our "Trapeze" and "Reformer" Pilates equipment allows you to lengthen and strengthen your muscles in a more controlled way improving technique and challenging you in a different way to mat based exercise. The Pilates studio equipment classes offer a complete and challenging workout.

PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING

You can workout in a time that suits you using your own personally designed Pilates programme under the personal instruction of a Pilates Personal Trainer. The benefits of using the Pilates "Reformer" and "Trapeze" equipment with a Pilates Personal Trainer allows you to experience a variety of exercises personally designed with your specific needs in mind.

FLEXI-BAR® CLASSES

Very effective class for all round conditioning

Raises heart rate into fat burning zone

Tones and defines arms and abdominals

Regular use of FLEXI-BAR has been shown to:

Relieve muscular tightness in the neck, back and hips

Help shoulder injuries

Help with problems of the joints (arthritis)
